Sapphire Coast Garden Love has been run by Bertie Fagan since 2021. Before taking the business on, Bertie learned the ropes from its previous owner — something he’s especially proud of. It was quite a change of direction: Bertie started out as a criminal lawyer in Sydney, and later became a radio host on Sapphire FM.
What drew him to gardening was simple: a love of working outdoors, getting his hands dirty and being out in nature — and spending time with great people on the Sapphire Coast, helping bring a bit of love and joy to their gardens. He came to the coast looking for a quieter life, away from the hustle and bustle of Sydney, and today looks after lawns and gardens across Eden, Bega, Merimbula, Tathra and Pambula.

Bertie Fagan is the owner of Sapphire Coast Garden Love and has run the business since 2021, after learning the ropes from its previous owner. A former criminal lawyer and radio host, he now spends his days outdoors, mowing lawns and looking after gardens across the Sapphire Coast.
